What is the Integrate Applications theme?

The PQ Program is a structured experience to install the PQ operating system, while Applications is a self-paced and self-guided experience that unlocks right after PQ Program with the purpose of instilling life-long mental fitness habits.

After completing the PQ Program, clients will move into Applications, starting with an Integrate Applications theme in self-paced mode by default.The Integrate Applications theme allows clients to continue their mental fitness journey with a unified experience. Integrate is a daily content Applications Theme - similar to other themes people used to have in Grow - Daily Surprise, Relationships, Stress, etc.

Integrate is a six weeks daily content theme that is set as a default theme after PQ Program. So on Day 1 of Week 7 clients will get Integrate content heme. This content is completely new and didn't exist before.

For clients who are Active 3+ months in the PQ app, the default Integrate Applications theme continues for 6 weeks.
