Week 7 of the PQ Program signifies a shift to the Applications phase - a self-paced and self-directed program with an initial focus on Reviewing and Integrating foundational concepts and with the ability to shift daily practice to other topics such as managing stress, improving relationships, and others. - The Applications content in the PQ app seamlessly integrates into the client experience, providing a smooth transition from the PQ Program while helping participants deepen their understanding of the PQ operating system. - All PQ Program participants are automatically enrolled in the first two weeks of the Applications, during week 7 and week 8, with a focus on Reviewing and Integrating main PQ concepts with the ability to continue further. - By default, **this Applications theme lasts for another 6 weeks**, however, participants can choose to work on the integration of any week of the program, plus other topics that are currently available, such as managing stress, improving relationships, and others. -
