• When can I enroll in PQ Coach Pro?
  • You qualifiy to join the PQ Coach Pro Membership when you've guided 10 clients through the PQ Program.

• What is the investment for PQ Coach Pro?

• • PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership with an investment of $3,500 annually, with eligible credits applied based on specific criteria. All applicable credits are automatically reflected in your annual Pro membership fee at checkout and can be previewed during the checkout process. 
  • You have the option for full or 3 consecutive monthly payments. 
  • PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership that can be renewed, Otherwise, coaches can return to PQ Coach membership after the year commitment.

• Should I wait until I’m working with organizations before joining?
  • No, PQ Coach Pro is designed to equip you to scale—whether that means expanding individual client access or building the skills, tools, and pathways to engage workplace clients.

Expanded Client Access

• How does client access work in PQ Coach Pro?

• • PQ Coach membership has an annual limit of 25 clients that you may add in a year. In PQ Coach Pro, there is no annual cap on the number of clients you can add to your roster.
  • Your PQ Coach Pro membership includes access for 10 clients per membership year at no additional cost. Beyond this, additional client access is available for $250 per year or $50 per month per client. Learn more about adding clients. 

• Are there any limits to the number of clients I can add?

• • While PQ Coach Pro removes the annual client cap, certain necessary limits ensure a smooth experience for all members and clients:
    • Simultaneous Client Starts: You may have a maximum of 25 participants starting the PQ Program at the same time. This ensures each participant receives an optimal onboarding experience.
    • Organizational Cap: You may add up to 25 participants per organization before engaging with our PQ for Teams & Organizations product. This cap helps maintain program integrity, ensures organizational engagements are structured for long-term success, and connects you with the right level of sales and implementation support as you scale.
      
      Backed by years of experience bringing PQ into hundreds of organizations, the PQ Sales Team partners with you to identify expansion opportunities, strengthen your business case, and support pricing, proposals, and structured delivery. 
       
      For opportunities that exceed 25 participants, Pro members may be eligible for an exception, reviewed with the PQ Sales Team - particularly for smaller organizations or teams without expansion authority.

• • This means you receive expert guidance on effective pricing strategies while keeping 100% of your coaching fees after product access rates.

• How do I know when PQ for Teams & Organizations is the right product option for my client?

• Can I get one-to-one support from the PQ Sales team if I’m not collaborating on a PQ for Teams & Organizations opportunity?

• • While one-to-one PQ Sales team support is reserved for PQ for Teams & Organizations opportunities, all Pro Coaches gain access to structured sessions, tools, and resources to grow their PQ business.

• Can I sell the PQ Program (and Applications) beyond 25 participants without Positive Intelligence involvement?

• • When your work within an organization approaches or exceeds 25 participants, you’ll be partnered with the PQ Sales Team, who bring years of experience across hundreds of organizational engagements. Their role is to support you in spotting expansion opportunities, strengthening the business case, and ensuring pricing aligns with the value you’re delivering.
  • The Sales Team will also help you evaluate whether Client Access or PQ for Teams & Organizations is the most appropriate product - particularly when working with smaller organizations (under 100 employees) or within larger organizations where the initial team has limited decision-making authority.
  • This partnership is designed to protect momentum, support confident positioning, and set up a scalable, long-term path for both you and your client.

• Is it possible to deliver PQ Powered Teamwork and/or PQ-Powered Sales independently of PQ for Teams & Organizations?

• • PQ-Powered Teamwork and/or PQ-Powered Sales modules are part of the PQ for Teams & Organizations product. This is a comprehensive workplace solution, not just additional application modules.

Final Enrollment & Transition Questions

• How do I join PQ Coach Pro?

• • After you've guided 10 clients through the PQ Program, you'll have the opportunity to join the PQ Coach Pro membership.
  • To join PQ Coach Pro, log into your Coach Dashboard. Go to the “My Bills” section of your dashboard. Click the “Join PQ Coach Pro” button in the upper right corner. All eligible credits are applied to your annual Pro membership fee on the order form. 
  • You can choose between two payment options: pay the annual fee in one full payment or opt for a three-installment plan, allowing you to spread the cost evenly over three consecutive months.

• • Post-purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email and Welcome email providing you with additional information on your new PQ Coach Pro membership.
