• When can I enroll in PQ Coach Pro?
  • • Pro Preview participants receive priority access starting March 6th with an exclusive Preview credit through March 31st. From April 14, 2025, PQ Coach Pro moves to open enrollment—you can join anytime you are ready to scale

• What is the investment for PQ Coach Pro?

• • • PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership with an investment of $4,500 annually, with eligible credits applied based on specific criteria. All applicable credits are automatically reflected in your annual Pro membership fee at checkout and can be previewed during the checkout process. 
    • Pro Preview participants who enroll between March 6th and March 31st will receive an additional 10% discount off their upgrade price (after eligible credits).
    • PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership that can only be canceled at the end of the annual term.

Expanded Client Access

• How does client access work in PQ Coach Pro?

• • • PQ Coach membership has an annual limit of 25 clients that you may add in a year. In PQ Coach Pro, there is no annual cap on the number of clients you can add to your roster.
    • Your PQ Coach Pro membership includes access for 15 clients per membership year at no additional cost. Beyond this, additional client access is available for $250 per year or $50 per month per client.

• Are there any limits to the number of clients I can add?

• • While PQ Coach Pro removes the annual client cap, certain necessary limits ensure a smooth experience for all members and clients:
    • Simultaneous Client Starts – You may have a maximum of 25 participants starting the PQ Program at the same time. This ensures each participant receives an optimal onboarding experience.
    • Organizational Cap – You may add up to 25 participants per organization before engaging with our PQ for Team and Organizations service. This cap exists to maintain program integrity, ensure enterprise-level engagements are structured for long-term success, and provide you with sales and implementation support when scaling within organizations.
    • If you're working with an organization that requires more than 25 participants, the PQ for Teams & Organizations service is available to support pricing, proposal development, and structured program delivery.

• • When you are working with more than 25 people within an organization, you will be partnered with the PQ Sales team to support you in determining the offer and price point. This is designed to provide you with structured sales and implementation support with an organizational-specific product, ensuring long-term success for both coaches and clients.

• Is it possible to deliver PQ Powered Teams and/or Sales independently of PQ for Teams & Organizations?

• • PQ Powered Teams and PQ Powered Sales are comprehensive workplace solutions, not just additional modules. They are designed for organizational transformation and utilize expert support from the PQ Sales and Client Success Teams to ensure successful implementation, scalability, and measurable impact.

• How do I join PQ Coach Pro?

• • To join PQ Coach Pro, log into your Coach Dashboard. Go to the “My Bills” section of your dashboard. Click the “Join PQ Coach Pro” button in the upper right corner. All eligible credits are applied to your annual Pro membership fee on the order form. 

• • Post-purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email and Welcome email providing you with additional information on your new PQ Coach Pro membership.
