November 2026 Newsletter
Editor’s Letter
Last month, we explored Deepening Human Connection in the Age of AI and what makes coaching uniquely human. This month we're taking the next step, exploring the theme of Augmenting Your Business with AI and how technology can support your coaching business while creating more space for meaningful connection.
AI isn’t here to replace the human connection at the heart of your work. But it can become a valuable thinking partner. This month we’re moving beyond conversation into action.
We're bringing you three hands-on labs led by fellow PQ Pro Coaches. Each session is designed to help you explore practical ways to use AI and walk away with something you can apply to your business.
Here’s what’s ahead:
- Start More Conversations with Malcolm Evans
- Sharpen Your Offer with Synthia Smith
- Strengthen Your Follow-Up with John Rice
Come ready to experiment, learn alongside fellow coaches, and discover practical ways to put AI to work for you.

Shape What’s Next
We've heard from many of you about the challenges of growing your coaching businesses. At our September Quarter Turn, I shared that we were exploring more flexible pricing for group coaching and promised to seek your feedback.
This proposal is our first concrete step toward giving you more flexibility.
Today, you cannot publicly advertise the PQ Program below $995, even though you can offer discounts privately.
Starting November 16, we want to allow you to publicly advertise discounted group offers on your websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
We believe this will give you more freedom to market your services, reach new clients, and create attractive offers for teams and organizations.
We've developed a proposed set of group pricing tiers and updated advertising guidelines. But before we finalize them, we want to hear from you.
Your experience working with clients is important to getting this right. We'd particularly welcome your feedback on the proposed group sizes and discounts, the opportunities these changes could create, and any unintended consequences we should consider.
Please take a few minutes to review the proposal and share your feedback:
We're opening a consultation period through November 10, giving you time to comment before we finalize the guidelines. Our target is to introduce the changes on November 16, with advance notice of the final details so you can prepare.
We also know that these changes won't address every affordability challenge, particularly for coaches and clients in countries with different currencies and purchasing power. We recognize those concerns, and broader international affordability remains on our list of priorities.
We want to keep making it easier for you to build your business and bring mental fitness to more people. I hope you see this as a practical step in that direction, and your feedback will help us make it a useful one.

Live Session Highlights
Energize Your Sage
What if PQ Reps could do more than help you shift out of stress? What if they could help you experience a deeper connection to yourself, your Sage, and your clients?
In last month’s experiential live session, Jeff guided PQ coaches through the PQ Shift, moving beyond temporary moments of calm to cultivating a more consistent state of presence, love, and Sage awareness.
Through guided PQ Reps and hands-on practice, coaches explored how slowing down and engaging their senses can quiet the Judge, deepen awareness, and create greater connection.
Key takeaways from this session included:
- Go beyond stress relief. PQ Reps can help shift your baseline experience, allowing you to live and coach more consistently from Sage.
- Lead without a script. By narrating your own sensory experience in real time, you can guide authentic, powerful PQ Reps without worrying about getting them “right.”
- Keep your practice fresh. Explore different sensations, movements, and sounds to deepen awareness and prevent familiar practices from becoming routine.
- Presence strengthens coaching. When you're fully present with yourself, you create space for deeper connection and transformation with clients.
Practice leading yourself through PQ Reps, narrate what you notice, and discover how your own Sage presence can deepen your coaching impact.

Community Expansion:
Expanding and Deepening our PQ Community
What makes a community thrive? It's the connections we build, the experiences we share, and the ways we support one another.
In our October Community Expansion session, Jeff, Sandy, and Shirzad invited coaches to explore what community means to them and how we can continue to strengthen our PQ community together.
Through breakout room conversations, coaches shared ideas for creating more opportunities to connect, including local meetups, mentorship, practice Pods, and accountability groups. Coaches were also introduced to new in-app features, including direct messaging within private Pods and Sage Power reactions, to make it easier to stay connected.
One important takeaway from the session was that community isn't just something we join. It's something we all help create. And participation doesn't have to be a big commitment. Sometimes it's as simple as sharing an experience, asking a question, or encouraging another coach.
So here's one takeaway: What's one small commitment you can make this week to help our PQ community feel more alive? Maybe it's reaching out to another coach, joining a conversation, or sharing something you've learned.

PQ App Updates
Pods as Real-Time Group Chats
Private Pods now use a messenger-style conversation experience with real-time messages, message notifications, and reactions.
The chat interface supports replies and message actions, including editing, deletion, bookmarking, and a voice memo function. Saved messages continue to appear in the Community bookmarks list. Please note: Non-Pod Community groups retain their existing interfaces.
Look for this update in your PQ app - available now to coaches and coming soon to clients on November 9!

Discover What’s New
Ever wonder what’s new in the PQ app? You can now discover updates directly inside the app with What’s New.
Look for the What’s New announcement in the Daily Focus section, as well as an archive of updates under Settings → What’s New. This new feature will be available to all active PQ app users, including your clients.
Of Note: Viewing or dismissing an update marks it as seen for the account across devices. Closing the banner dismisses the update. Previous updates remain available in the Settings archive, grouped by release date. The Settings entry is hidden when no update content is available.
