Today, our guidelines prevent you from advertising the PQ Program below $995 per person on your website, social media, or other public channels, even though you can offer discounts privately. We want to loosen that restriction so you can advertise group offers more freely and reach more clients. As discussed at our[September Quarter Turn](https://learn.positiveintelligence.com/courses/take/advanced-session-hub/texts/78665809-quarter-turn), we're exploring more flexible pricing for group coaching. **We'd like your feedback on the proposed changes before we finalize them.** - **Feedback deadline:** November 10, 2026 - **Proposed effective date:** November 16, 2026 **What's changing?** Under the proposed guidelines, you would be able to: - **Publicly advertise discounted group offers** on your website, social media, and other marketing channels. - **Promote group pricing directly** so prospective clients can see the available offers without having to request a private quote. - **Continue to create your own packages** combining PQ Program access with your coaching, facilitation, and other services. You would not be required to offer group discounts. You can continue to develop and price your services to reflect the value you provide. **What group pricing tiers are we considering?** We're considering the following pricing tiers for the PQ Program and would welcome your feedback on the group sizes and discount levels. | **Group size** | **Price per person** | **Approx. discount** | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 person | $995 | — | | 2 people | $895 | 10% | | 3–4 people | $845 | 15% | | 5–9 people | $796 | 20% | | 10–14 people | $746 | 25% | | 15–19 people | $697 | 30% | | 20+ people | Contact your coach | Custom | These are proposed reference prices for PQ Program access, before any additional coaching, facilitation, or services you provide. **The tiers and updated advertising guidelines are still under consideration.** Your feedback will help us finalize them. ### **Frequently asked questions** #### **Can I start advertising discounted group pricing now?** Not yet. Our current advertising guidelines remain in effect while we gather feedback. We're planning for the updated guidelines to take effect on November 16, 2026. We'll confirm the final details in advance so you have time to prepare. #### **Do I have to offer these group discounts?** No. The proposed change would give you more flexibility to advertise group discounts. It would not require you to discount your offers. #### **Can I charge more when I include my coaching services?** Yes. You can continue to package PQ Program access with your own coaching, facilitation, and other services, and price those services accordingly. #### **Can I advertise different group discounts?** We're seeking feedback on the proposed pricing tiers and advertising guidelines before confirming the details. Until then, the existing restrictions on publicly advertised prices continue to apply. You can continue to offer private discounts under the current guidelines. #### **What about groups of 20 or more?** For larger groups, we encourage you to continue inviting prospective clients to contact you directly to discuss custom packaging and pricing. As always, our Sales team is available to help with the logistics of larger engagements, including dedicated Client Success support, onboarding, and reporting, depending on the needs of your client. #### **Is the $995 individual PQ Program price changing?** No. The individual PQ Program reference price remains $995. #### **Will this affect my PQ Coach Membership or Client Access?** No. We're not proposing any changes to your membership, included Client Access, or how additional Client Access is purchased. #### **Will Positive Intelligence update its website?** Yes. We'll update our website to reflect the new group pricing when the guidelines take effect. #### **What about affordability in other countries and currencies?** We recognize that affordability remains a challenge in countries with different currencies and purchasing power. We're continuing to explore ways to make PQ more accessible internationally. This is an important part of our roadmap, although it falls outside the scope of the current proposal.
