Membership Billing Overview

Watch this overview of membership and client billing changes.

Any changes to PQ Coach Membership will take effect on January 2, 2025

This includes coaches who paid a one-time membership fee in Cohorts 1-3.
Pioneers will continue to have the PQ Coach membership at no additional cost. This will include 5 clients for the annual membership, which will be set on a January-December schedule.
If you choose to upgrade to PQ Coach Pro, you will receive a $1500 discount on your membership.
The PQ Coach membership includes 5 clients; each additional client is $250/year (or $50/month), with a maximum of 25 new clients annually.

This includes coaches currently paying a legacy membership of $1000/annual or $100/month
For Monthly Subscribers:
- Between October and December, you will receive an email inviting you to upgrade to an annual membership with a discount code of $500
- If you do not choose to upgrade, you will remain on a monthly subscription, and the price will increase in January 2025 to $150 a month
For Annual Subscribers:
- Between October and December, you will receive an email inviting you to confirm your ongoing engagement with PQ, and upon your confirmation, you will receive a credit towards your annual membership, applied at the time of renewal
- If you do not click the button to confirm ongoing engagement, the discount code will not be applied, and your annual subscription will increase from $1000 to $1500 a year at the time of your membership renewal

For all monthly members who continue with monthly PQ Coach membership, you will receive your 5 included clients in January; each additional client is $250/year (or $50/month), with a maximum of 25 new clients annually.
Your 5 included clients will then reset every 12 months of membership, typically in January.

For all annual members who continue with annual PQ Coach membership, you will receive your 5 included clients in January; each additional client is $250/year (or $50/month), with a maximum of 25 new clients annually.
Your 5 included clients, and 25 new client access allotment will reset at your annual membership renewal date.
- Example: I am a coach with an annual membership, and I renewed in June 2024. I will receive 5 included clients and 25 new client access allotments in January 2025. In June 2025, I will pay my annual membership fee, and my included clients and client access allotment will reset.
