Client Billing Overview
- During the Early Access period, there is no difference in how the original PQ Program is billed and how the new PQ Program is billed.
- Seat vs. Client: Beginning in January, what was previously called a “seat” will now be called a “client.” Beginning in January, 5 clients are included in your PQ Coach membership.
- Annual vs Monthly Client Fees: Beginning in January, the annual fee for adding a new client (beyond those included in your membership) is $250/client/year. This provides a full year of access to the PQ App, including the PQ Program and the Applications modules. If you do not want to provide a full year’s access to your clients, you can add them for $50/client/month (paid in advance) and upgrade your client later if desired. The monthly payments will be prorated to the $250/client/year fee, to a maximum of $250.
- Maintain Status: Beginning in January, we're simplifying our naming conventions to Active and Inactive Clients. In 2025, "Maintain" will be renamed "Inactive." When your client has completed the PQ Program and is moved to Inactive, they retain access to review their PQ Program Daily Content and Weekly Modules. Active clients will have access to the Application Modules, equivalent to today’s Grow subscription.
- Grace Period: Beginning in January, the 14-day period ensures clients can experience the PQ App for a considerable time, risk-free to the coach. We'll continue to monitor the effectiveness of this period.
- Coach-Client Pricing Disparity: The retail price of the PQ Program is $995, with a $37/month fee for continued access to Application modules after completion of the initial program. This works out to a retail price of $1365 for a year’s access ($995+10 months of Applications at $37/month). The equivalent coach price for the same year’s access is $250 (just over $20/month) if paid annually, or $50/month when paid monthly. We are confident this pricing is extremely competitive with our list price. This pricing structure is designed to provide you with flexibility and competitive advantage in how you package and offer PQ services to your clients.
Current Active Clients Added Before December 31, 2024 (in PQ Program or Grow)
- Clients currently Active in the Coach Dashboard (in the original PQ Program, the new PQ Program, or Grow) as of December 31, 2024, will transition into 2025 at an included and/or discounted rate.
Client Transition and Billing
- Five (5) current Active clients will maintain a billing rate of $0/month through June 2025. These are currently considered included “seats” and will transition at no charge for the first six months of 2025.
- Any Active clients over the included five (5) will be grandfathered in at the current 2024 billing rate of $20/month. This discounted rate automatically applies to your billing and expires on June 30, 2025.
- Starting in January 2025, billing will be done in advance, and the first billing for clients that have transitioned over from 2024 will occur on January 6, 2025. (Before 2025, billing was done in arrears).
- This is a one-time opportunity and is only available for client(s) Active as of December 31, 2024. Rotation is not available.
- Coach clients added before 2025 and Active as of December 31, 2024 (in the PQ Program or Grow) will NOT count toward the 25 new client access allotment in 2025.
- Example: A coach has 6 Active clients in their Coach Dashboard on December 31, 2024. The Active clients will transition into 2025 and retain Active status, with 5 clients billed at $0/month and 1 client billed at $20/month through June 30, 2025, or until the coach moves the client to Inactive (whichever comes first).
New Clients Added for 2025 PQ Program Dates
Overview
- January 3, 2025, is the first PQ Program start date for the year
- Clients enrolled in 2025 PQ Program start dates will count towards the 5 included clients
- Clients enrolled in 2025 PQ Program start dates will count towards the 25 client access allotment
- Client access is $250/year or $50/month (after using the included clients)
Client Access and Client Billing
- The first 5 clients enrolled in the 2025 PQ Program start dates will count toward the 5 included clients and receive an Active status for one year
- Client(s) 6-25 will be billed with the option of monthly or annual client access
- Billing is done in advance, and the coach will be charged when adding a client to the Coach Dashboard
- Annual Client Billing: Billed when enrolling the client in the Coach Dashboard. The annual rate will be billed again one year after the PQ Program start date.
- Example: Coach enrolls a client in the Coach Dashboard on February 1, 2025, for a February 28, 2025, PQ Program start date. The coach will be billed $250 on February 1, 2025, with the next annual billing date on February 28, 2026.
- Monthly Client Billing: Billed when enrolling the client in the Coach Dashboard. The monthly billing occurs one month after the PQ Program start date, with subsequent billing months on the same day the following month.
- Example: Coach enrolls a client in the Coach Dashboard on February 1, 2025, for a February 28, 2025, PQ Program start date. The coach will be billed $50 on February 1, 2025, with the subsequent billing dates on the 28th of the month until the coach moves the client to Inactive. If the client is Active for three months total, there will be two additional billing dates of March 28, 2025, and April 28, 2025.
Grace Period and Moving Client to Inactive
- The 14-day grace period takes effect in 2025, starting with the January 3, 2025 PQ Program start date
- Automatic refund and client access restoration (25 new client access allotment) happen in the following instances:
- The coach removes the client within the grace period (14 days since the PQ Program start date)
- The client hasn't registered in the app within the grace period (14 days since PQ Program start date)
- Example: Coach enrolls a client in the Coach Dashboard on February 1, 2025, for a February 28, 2025, PQ Program start date. The coach will be billed $50 on February 1, 2025. If the coach cancels the client (or the client fails to download and register in the app) by March 13 - the billed amount will be refunded. This client will not count towards the 25 client access in a membership year.
- Once a client is moved to Inactive, app access is available through the end of the paid billing period.
- Example: The PQ Program start date is February 7, 2025. Client access is renewed for an additional month on March 7, 2025. The coach moves the client from Active to Inactive on March 15, 2025. The client retains full app access until April 7, 2025.
App Experience for Clients
- When enrolling a client for annual access, the client will be considered Active in the Coach Dashboard for one year.
- When enrolling a client for monthly access, the client will be considered Active in the Coach Dashboard until the coach moves the client to Inactive. The client will retain full app access until the end of the paid billing period.
- After the PQ Program, the app defaults to the Review/Integrate Application theme.
- Clients automatically experience this Application theme for two (2) weeks.
- When the client is Active, they continue with new Application themes (for Daily Focus) and continue to have access to Application modules (for more focused application of the PQ operating system, whether through coaching sessions or on their own).
- When a client is Inactive, they retain access to review the PQ Program Daily Content and Weekly Modules.
- If a client is made Inactive during the PQ Program, they will experience the PQ Program in full.
- However, once the program is complete, they will not receive the 2 weeks of Applications trial or any other new content.
- The app will direct them to contact their coach for continued access.
- All clients enrolled in the new PQ Program in 2024 or enrolled in the PQ Program in 2025 will experience the new version of the app.
- Coach clients currently Active in Grow will only have the option to "restart" the PQ Program via their Coach.
- Coach clients currently Active in the original PQ Program will only have the option to “restart” the PQ Program via their Coach after completing the original PQ Program.
- Coach clients currently Inactive (in Maintain) will be converted to the new version of the app In January 2025. Restarting the program will only be available to active subscribers or Active coach clients.
Retail PQ Program Overview
- PQ's retail package costs $995 today
- The consumer PQ app includes the PQ Program and the Review/Integrate Application theme by default (for 2 weeks)
- After 2 weeks of Applications, the user is prompted to subscribe monthly at $37/month for additional Applications content
- In January 2025, our PQ website will be updated for consumers with the new PQ Program, and we will align pricing on an annual basis.
