Our tiered membership structure provides more targeted service levels for the differentiated needs of coaches. These tiers accommodate the diverse journey stages of our coaches and provide flexibility based on where you are in your coaching career:

• PQ Coach Pro - $3,500/year (annual commitment required)
• PQ Coach - $1,500/year or $150/month
• PQ Coach Essentials - $1,200/year or $120/month

PQ Coach Pro

PQ Coach Pro is our highest level of PQ Coach membership designed for coaches ready to scale their PQ business with workplace clients. 

This premier membership is for professional coaches serving workplace and organizational clients who want to expand their offerings - including the option to utilize the PQ for Teams and Organizations product. Pro provides advanced guidance, tools, and a focused peer community, bringing together coaches with shared goals to create synergy, momentum, and sustainable growth. 

PQ Coach Pro is for:

• Coaches Ready to Scale – Expanded Client Access helps you serve more clients beyond the standard PQ Coach limit of 25 per year.

PQ Coach

The PQ Coach membership is designed for coaches looking for a full suite of benefits. This membership includes:

• Foundational training in PQ Coaching skills and application of the Positive Intelligence operating system to your coaching practice
• Business development training tailored specifically for coaches
• PQ Coach Learning Hub with access to extensive resources as you apply mental fitness to your diverse client needs
• PQ Program client access included to enroll up to 5 new clients in the flagship PQ Program, with additional client access available at a discounted rate for an administrative fee up to a maximum of 25 new clients per membership year
• Coach Dashboard to communicate with clients, monitor progress, and offer support
• Dedicated live onboarding sessions 
• Access to live sessions for deeper learning and application of PQ and Business Development principles
• PQ-led Pod practice sessions to connect, practice, and refine your coaching skills
• Field-tested marketing materials to help you engage and enroll clients in the PQ Program
• Ongoing personal development through the PQ app and Applications content

PQ Coach members who discover the full option isn't the best fit for where they are in their coaching journey are welcome to migrate their membership to PQ Coach Essentials.

PQ Coach Essentials

PQ Coach Essentials is on-demand coaching and business development training with the option to upgrade to our flagship PQ Coach membership throughout the year. This membership includes:

• Foundational training in PQ Coaching skills and application of the Positive Intelligence operating system to your coaching practice
• Business development training tailored specifically for coaches to integrate mental fitness into your business skills
• PQ Coach Learning Hub with access to extensive PQ Coaching and Sage Business Development resources as you apply mental fitness to your diverse client needs
• Ongoing personal development through the PQ app and the Grow program
• PQ Coach Essential members have the option to upgrade to our flagship PQ Coach membership throughout the year. PQ Coach Essential members will receive an email invitation when enrollment is open.
• Option to live chat with the PQ support team

Coaches who enroll in PQ Coach Essentials will have the opportunity to migrate to full PQ Coach membership during any registration period. These happen four times throughout the year.
