Membership & Renewals
Coaches choose either monthly or annual PQ Coach memberships, and renewals happen automatically according to the original purchase date
PQ Coach Memberships automatically renew
- Your account will be automatically charged and renewed for your subscription based upon your purchase date and plan.
- Keep your billing information up to date in your billing portal: https://sso.positiveintelligence.com/billing_portal
- Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Once payment is successful, we'll email you a receipt.
- Receipts can also be downloaded from your billing portal at any time.
Can I put my account on hold?
- We do not allow accounts to be put on hold.
- You can cancel and come back without issues during any cohort registration period.
- If you enroll again, you will be charged the rate during that registration period. This may be a different rate. Prices were increased in early 2023.
Can I restart my membership or join another PQ Coach Cohort?
- Yes, you can put your name on our waitlist to rejoin membership at the next available enrollment period.
Can I switch my billing frequency?
- Yes, monthly PQ Coach subscribers can switch to annual membership at any time. If you switch your monthly PQ Coach membership to an annual subscription, the most recent monthly payment will be prorated & applied. Previous payments outside the most recent will not be applied to the new PQ Coach annual subscription.
- Annual subscribers can switch to a monthly membership up to 30 days before their annual renewal date. There is no proration for annual subscribers.
