Here is what you need to know about Coach Dashboard so you can get started.
Understanding client seat status
- Total Seats: The total number of clients in pending status, active and maintain (archived)
- Active Seats: the total clients assigned to the PQ program + those in Grow
- Pending Seats: the number of clients whose program has not yet begun
- Program Seats: the number of clients assigned to a current PQ program
- Grow Seats: the number of clients in Grow
- Maintain Seats: the number of clients who are no longer an “active seat” and they do not receive new Daily Focus or have access to Grow Modules
Important: If you have UNREGISTERED/PENDING clients they DO count towards your active seats, even if the client never registered their app or began the program. Please contact Support to have them remove any UNREGISTERED/PENDING clients. If the client only needs to be moved(not removed completely) to another start date, visit Editing a Client.
Understanding seats
- The program seats available to you as part of your PQ Coach membership are intended to help build your 1:1 and small group coaching practice.
- Enrolling a client in the PQ Program is considered a seat in your Coach Dashboard.
- The seat becomes active (and billable) upon the PQ Program start date.
- The seat remains active when a client completes the PQ Program and moves into Grow.
- PQ Coach membership includes five seats at no charge. If you have more than five seats, you will be charged $20/month for every seat above this number until the end of 2024.
- You may have up to 25 seats in the PQ Program.
- There is no limit to the number of seats you may have in Grow.
- Regarding seats over 25...
- If you are working with a group or organization and will reach 25 seats within a single organization, connect with our Business-to-Business (B2B)/Business-to-Government (B2G) team for support with this opportunity.
- When working with B2B/B2G, you maintain the coaching relationship, and Positive Intelligence helps with the strategy and administration.
- Seats are not for resale; you may offer up to 25 seats to a single group or organization during the lifetime of your PQ Coach membership.
- Combining seats with other coaches for the purposes of enrolling large groups from organizations is prohibited and violates terms of use.
Understanding the billing process
- At the end of each month, you will be billed for any active seats above the seats included with your membership throughout the month.
- To estimate what you will be charged at the end of each month, calculate your peak number of active clients you had during the last month and subtract your included number of seats (five)!
- You are have 5 included seats.
- You can purchase up to 20 additional seats.
- Your 25-seat limit is for all client seats.
- You will be charged a fee for any seats above your 5 included seat limit.
