What is skill assessment in certification?
Certification requires a PQ Skill Assessment—a video/audio of a client session, under 35-45 mins, in English. Client approval is obtained for learning/assessment use.
Skill Assessment is a requirement of the certification process that aims to assess the PQ knowledge of a coach.
Coaches are asked to submit a video or audio recording of one client session that is not longer than 35-45 minutes. The session must be conducted in English.
Coaches are provided with language to give to their clients so they can approve of the use of the video/audio for learning and assessment purposes.
