After the PQ (Core) program

After the PQ program ends, clients can either "Maintain" or default to "GROW."

There are two paths forward for your client to choose when their PQ Program concludes. Both are presented in the final program video.

Maintain:
  • Your client receives no new content
  • You must manually remove the client from their seat in order to reopen it for a new client
  • We recommend removing the client on Tuesday following their final day. This will ensure they have had time to watch the final video.
GROW (default):
  • Your client continues to receive new content
  • Your client continues to occupy one of your seats
  • As a coach, you have control over whether you charge for the Grow path, how much you charge, and how long it lasts
  • Your client stops receiving content as soon as you manually remove them from their seat. You can remove them at any time.
  • If your client decides to stop Grow for a while, you can "add to Grow" at any time and they'll continue where they left off. 
  • GROW is the default path. If you do nothing after the program ends, your client will continue to occupy one of your seats and receive content.
  • And it's important to note, your client will receive 2 free weeks of Grow whether or not they continue with that program.
