What do I do if my client…

During the Early Access period, you can enroll past, current, and new clients in the new PQ Program. Follow the steps below.

Is currently in the original PQ Program

  • If your client is currently in the original PQ Program and actively completing weekly Modules, you can change their program type and select a new program start date.
  • Or you can leave them in the original PQ Program and update their app after they complete the seven weeks of program content.
Is in Grow
  • For existing clients currently in the original PQ program or Grow, you have the option of changing their program type and selecting a new program start date.
Is in Maintain
  • Clients in Maintain will be updated to the new PQ Program version of the PQ app with the general public in January 2025. The content they see will remain limited.
Is enrolled for a future start date. Can I change them from the original PQ Program to the new PQ Program?
  • Absolutely. For clients waiting for their original PQ Program to start, actively in the original PQ Program, or in Grow, coaches can still change their program type (new or original) in the Coach Dashboard.
  • Simply go to the "Seats" page, click "edit" next to the client’s name, and choose the new PQ Program and new start date.

To switch an existing client to the new PQ Program:

  1. In the Coach Dashboard, navigate to the "Seats" page in the menu.
  2. Find the client record. Next to the client record, click the action icon button (…).
  3. Select "Edit."
  4. Choose "New PQ Program" as the Program Type.
  5. Select the start date.
  6. Complete the flow by sending an automatic invitation to the client.
