Participants see an in-app survey near the end of their Weekly Modules. **The survey gathers feedback about their overall Positive Intelligence program experience**, including perceived personal impact, well-being, and suggestions for improvement.  The Measure Your Growth survey previously displayed as the final lesson in the Week 7 module and was titled “PQ Engagement Survey.  #### Who gets the survey - PQ Program participants who directly enroll with Positive Intelligence - PQ Program participants who are coach clients #### Where is the survey located in-app - This survey is under Weekly Modules near the end, after the Week 7 Module, as shown in the image - When a participant clicks on Measure Your Growth, they will be taken to the survey ![](https://coachsupport.positiveintelligence.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-10-2026-03-36-03-6126-PM.png?width=670&height=1124&name=image-png-Aug-10-2026-03-36-03-6126-PM.png) #### **Here's a sampling of what questions we ask:** - How likely is it that you would recommend the Positive Intelligence program to a friend or colleague? - My ability to adjust my emotions, thoughts, and behavior to changing situations and conditions. - My feelings of overwhelm from all of the things I have to accomplish. - My confidence navigating day-to-day problems and annoyances. - My levels of tiredness and disinterest. - The degree to which I am fulfilled in my life. - The degree to which I see value in what I am doing in my life. - What suggestions do you have on how to improve the program? - Could you give me a testimonial about Positive Intelligence?
