Some of the marketing materials have positiveintelligence.com included on them. Can I remove this URL and replace it with my own website or another call to action?

You can usually modify the PositiveIntelligence.com website URL in marketing materials, but be cautious as removal may require reinstatement.

In most cases, this will be permissible.

As a default, we have left the PositiveIntelligence.com website URL for you to use in support of your marketing efforts. You are not required to use this link and have permission to remove it from any of the collateral we have provided to you in the “Brand Assets & IP Guidelines” module.

However, we reserve the right to ask you to reinsert our URL if your materials are presented in such a way that it becomes unclear where our rights start and end.

Likewise, in most cases, you are also allowed to replace the PositiveIntelligence.com website link with your own website, email address or phone number. You are granted permission to use the POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE branded materials and point to your preferred contact information.

The only exception to this is our SABOTEUR ASSESSMENT and PQ ASSESSMENT.

While you are not required to use either of these assessments as part of your marketing and enrollment, our IP Guidelines state that you may not reverse engineer, copy or mimic these assessments.
