  • Invite Leads to the Saboteur Assessment: Send a personalized invite directly from your Coach Dashboard.
  • Personalized Landing Page: Your name appears on the lead’s Saboteur Assessment page so they know the invitation is from you.
  • Automatic Results Sharing: When your lead completes the Saboteur Assessment, you get notified instantly and can view their results—no manual follow-up needed.
  • Book a Session: Add your booking link once, and it will appear on your prospect’s results page to make scheduling a Saboteur Discovery Session easy.

How to invite a lead to take the Saboteur Assessment

  • From the Leads tab in your Coach Dashboard, click Invite Lead.
  • Enter the lead’s name and email address.
    • Each invitation is unique to you as a coach.
    • Multiple coaches may invite the same lead.
    • Leads already enrolled in the PQ Program cannot be invited again.
  • Click Send Invitation.
  • Your lead will instantly appear in your Leads table, with their status updating in real-time.

Tip: Always double-check the email before sending to avoid typos.

 

What email your lead will receive

When you send an invitation, your lead will immediately get an automated email.

  • Subject line: “[First Name], you’ve been invited to take an assessment!”
  • When they click, their name and email are pre-filled—they just need to complete the Saboteur Assessment.

Emails & notifications

  • When you invite your lead to take the Saboteur Assessment
    • They will see an email: “[First Name], you’ve been invited to take an assessment!”
  • When your lead completes the Saboteur Assessment
    • You’ll receive an email: “[First Name] has completed the assessment.”
    • You’ll also see a notification inside your dashboard.
  • Your lead also receives:
    • An email with their results (“Your Saboteur Assessment Results”).
    • Their results inside the app, with your name on the page for a personalized experience.

 

Setting up your booking link (optional but recommended)

After completing the assessment, many leads are curious to talk about their results. You can make that next step simple:

  1. In your dashboard, select Edit Booking Link.
  2. Add your scheduling link (e.g., Calendly, Acuity, or your preferred booking tool).
  3. Once added, your lead will see a “Book a Session” button directly on their Saboteur Assessment results page.

Tip: This is the perfect way to encourage your lead to book a Saboteur Discovery Session (SDS) and move closer toward joining the PQ Program.

 

Tracking leads in your dashboard

Your Leads table gives you a real-time snapshot of your prospects.

Hover over the info icons in the dashboard for quick definitions.

Here’s what each status means:

  • Pending → You’ve sent the invitation, but the lead has not completed the Saboteur Assessment yet.
  • Completed → The lead has finished their Saboteur Assessment. Results are instantly shared with both of you.
  • Enrolled → The lead has been converted into a client and is also added into your Clients tab.

Metrics you’ll see:

  • Total Leads: How many invitations you’ve sent.
  • Assessments Pending: Invitations still waiting for completion.
  • Assessments Completed: Leads who have finished the Saboteur Assessment.
  • Conversions: Leads you have enrolled into the PQ Program.

How do I view my lead's Saboteur Assessment results?

  1. Find your lead in the list.
  2. If they have completed their Saboteur Assessment, you’ll see a “Show Results” button next to their name.
    • Click this to open and review their results.
    • Results are displayed both in a dialog view and as a downloadable PDF.

If you don’t see “Show Results”

This means your lead has not completed the Saboteur Assessment yet. To follow up, you can:

    • Click the ↩️ Resend Invitation icon next to their record, or Select Resend Invitation from the options menu.

Tip: Encourage your lead to check their spam folder if they say they didn’t receive the invitation. The email should be sent by noreply@positiveintelligence.com

My lead has already taken the Saboteur Assessment in the past. Will it sync to Coach Dashboard?

  • No, results will only be synced if you invite them through your dashboard. However, you can still get a copy of their results by asking them to share the results link with you.

 

FAQs

Can I customize the email invitations going to the leads?

  • Not at the moment. The invitations are automatically sent from the system. However, you’re always free to send your own follow-up emails to reinforce your personal brand.
Tip: Use your own emails or messages alongside the automated invite to add warmth and build connection in your own voice.

Can my lead reply back to the system emails?

  • No, the system emails are sent by  <noreply@positiveintelligence.com> which means it will not route back to you if they respond to the email.

Will my lead recieve any marketing emails if I invite them as a lead?

  • No. Once a lead is invited through your dashboard, they are automatically opted out of general marketing emails from Positive Intelligence.

What this means for you as a coach:

    • You are the main point of contact for your leads, which helps you build trust and own the relationship.
    • Your leads will not get distracted by outside promotions, so you can guide them through the PQ journey at their pace.
    • This creates a more personal, coach-led experience—helping you nurture the relationship and increase conversions.

My didn't my lead recieve the email invitation?

  • Confirm the email address with your lead and make sure it’s entered correctly in Coach Dashboard.
  • Ask your lead to check their spam or junk folder in case the invitation was filtered there.
