      Receiving the Daily Focus

      The Daily Focus & Recharges push to the PQ app daily.

      • The app-guided exercises of the Daily Focus and 2 Recharges are available every day of the week.
      • If your clients are actively in a program and they are not receiving a Daily Focus and Recharge, please guide your client through these steps:
        1. Open the PQ App and click on the Focus Screen
        2. On the Focus Screen, choose "Customize" in the top right navigation found under the Reps, Charge, Muscle indicator
        3. In the "Customize" screen, the client can choose the Theme and Adjust Items and Schedule
