PQ communication with clients in the PQ Program

As a coach, you are in control.

• When you enroll a client in the PQ Program, you can generate an automatic email invitation.
• You may send check-in emails to your clients before, during, and after the program or communicate with your clients using the Coach Dashboard.
• The Guide Clients module in the Learning Hub is an excellent resource for leading your clients through the PQ Program.
• PQ will send occasional emails based on client activity in the app.
  • For example, if a client doesn't appear in the app for a few days, we will nudge them.
  • These messages are automated and do not contain any sales or marketing materials.
