PQ communication with clients in the new PQ Program

As a coach, you are in control.

  • You may send check-in emails to your clients before, during, and after the program or communicate with your clients using the Coach Dashboard.
  • Weekly email scripts are not provided to coaches for the new PQ Program.
  • The Guide Clients module in the Learning Hub is an excellent resource to support you in leading your clients through the new PQ Program.
  • PQ will send occasional emails based on client activity in the app.
    • For example, if a client doesn't show up in the app for a few days, we will send them a nudge.
    • These messages are automated and do not contain any sales or marketing materials.
