You do not need to already have an organizational client before joining the Pro membership. PQ Coach Pro is designed to support both expanded individual-client growth and preparation for workplace, team, and organizational opportunities.

Eligibility: When Can I Join PQ Coach Pro?

Coaches become eligible to join PQ Coach Pro after earning Badge 10 by guiding at least 10 clients through the PQ Program.

Once you are eligible, you will see the Join PQ Coach Pro button in your Coach Dashboard under the My Bills tab.

If you believe you are eligible and do not see the button, make sure you are viewing the My Bills page. If the button still does not appear, contact Support@positiveintelligence.com.

PQ Coach Pro Membership Investment

PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership with an investment of $3,500 per year.

PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership that automatically renews each year unless you request a membership change before your renewal date. At your annual renewal, you may choose to continue with your Pro Membership, return to the PQ Coach Membership level, or not renew your PQ membership. To make a change, contact the Pro Team or Support Team before your renewal date.

PQ for Teams & Organizations is designed for coaches serving workplace, team, and organizational clients. It provides a more structured pathway for bringing PQ into business contexts where clients may want support with collaboration, sales performance, resilience, trust, accountability, leadership, and sustained behavior change.

Access to PQ for Teams & Organizations is made possible through collaboration with the PQ Sales Team; it is not accessible through the Coach Dashboard.

When Should I Join PQ Coach Pro?

The right timing depends on your current membership, client pipeline, and business goals.

What Happens to My Included PQ Coach Client Access When I Upgrade?

When you move from PQ Coach to PQ Coach Pro, your PQ Coach membership is replaced by a new Pro membership.

This means:

You receive a new Pro membership renewal date
Your Pro membership includes 10 annual Client Accesses
Your included Client Access total resets based on your new Pro membership
Any unused included Client Accesses from your PQ Coach membership do not roll over into Pro
Your active clients (included or paid) will remain active and on your Coach Dashboard

Best practice: if you have unused included Client Accesses, utilize them with clients before upgrading to the Pro membership.

Example:

If you are a PQ Coach with 3 unused included Client Accesses and you upgrade to PQ Coach Pro, those 3 unused Client Accesses do not carry over. Once your Pro membership begins, you receive the Pro membership benefits, including 10 included annual Client Accesses for your Pro membership year.

How to Join PQ Coach Pro

Once you are eligible by having guided at least 10 clients through the PQ Program, or received an approved exemption:

Log into your Coach Dashboard
Go to the My Bills tab
Click Join PQ Coach Pro in the upper right corner
Review the checkout page
Choose your payment option
Complete enrollment

After joining, you will receive confirmation and welcome information for your new Pro membership.

How many included Client Accesses do I receive in Pro?

PQ Coach Pro includes 10 annual Client Accesses per Pro membership year.

Does paid Client Access cost more in Pro?

Additional paid Client Access is available at the same rate:

$50/month per client
$250/year per client

Pro members also receive access to an additional workplace-focused product, PQ for Teams & Organizations, which is at a different investment rate per client. This product is not available for client enrollment through your coach dashboard. For access, you will work with your designated PQ Sales Team member.

Do my unused PQ Coach included Client Accesses roll over into PQ Coach Pro?

When you join the Pro membership, your membership resets with a new Pro renewal date and new Pro benefits. Unused included Client Accesses from PQ Coach do not roll over.

Can I use Client Access for workplace clients?

Client Access may be appropriate for individual clients and some smaller workplace use cases under 25 participants per organization. For broader workplace, team, or organizational implementation, PQ for Teams & Organizations is the suggested pathway.

Can I enroll clients into PQ-Powered Teamwork or PQ-Powered Sales through standard Client Access?

PQ-Powered Teamwork and PQ-Powered Sales are not available through standard client access. As a PQ Coach Pro member you will be able to utilize the PQ for Teams & Organizations product which includes PQ-Powered modules. There is a different price and enrollment process for this product.

Can I return to PQ Coach later?

PQ Coach Pro is an annual membership that automatically renews. If you would like to change your membership level before the next renewal you’re able to return to the PQ Coach membership, or not renew entirely.
