PQ Coach Guide Badging System

Marketplace access is expanding, creating more opportunities for coaches to grow, be recognized, and connect with clients in meaningful ways. The new PQ Coach Guide Badging System introduces clear milestones that celebrate progress at every stage, allowing coaches to build visibility, credibility, and impact over time.

Each badge represents a new milestone, with Marketplace eligibility at the Guide 10 Badge. This dynamic growth pathway honors the experience and expertise PQ coaches bring to delivering the PQ Program to clients. This evolution is designed to support your long-term success, expand your reach, and increase your earning potential as a PQ Coach member.

Who is eligible for a Guide Badge?

All active PQ Coach members qualify for Badges. Please review the Badge Progression Table below for Badge names, milestones, and descriptions.

Guide 1	1 client guided	Guide the first client through the PQ Program. This badge marks the official start as a PQ Guide and celebrates commitment to supporting meaningful transformation.
Guide 3	3 clients guided	Guide 3 clients through the PQ Program. This badge reflects growing experience and confidence in helping clients strengthen their mental fitness.
Guide 5	5 clients guided	Guide 5 clients through the PQ Program. This badge shows developing mastery in coaching clients with consistency and impact.
Guide 10	10 clients guided	Guide 10 clients through the PQ Program and meet criteria to be listed as a Marketplace-Eligible Guide. This badge acknowledges professional reliability, client success, and readiness for broader vision.
Guide 15	15 clients guided	Guide 15 clients through the PQ Program. This badge acknowledges professional reliability, client success, and readiness for broader visibility.
Guide 25	25 clients guided	Guide 25 clients through the PQ Program and reach Pro Coach Access level. This badge signifies advanced expertise, deep program mastery, and high trust in delivering impactful PQ coaching.

What does it mean to guide a client?

Guiding a client means enrolling them in the PQ Program in the Coach Dashboard and working with them throughout the program until they complete the final week.

When are Badges awarded?

Badges are awarded to active PQ Coach members upon the client's completion of the PQ Program, 7 weeks after the program start date. Milestones are calculated based on the number of clients who have completed the PQ Program. Clients must be enrolled in the PQ Program through your Coach Dashboard.

Badges will begin appearing in Coach Dashboard profiles on or around January 29, 2026. Log in to your Coach Dashboard to view your badges in your Community Profile.

Badges are visible in your Community Profile, which you can view in the Coach Dashboard.

What are the benefits of having Badge(s)?

Badges help you build credibility, visibility, and impact over time. Once you have guided 10 clients through the PQ Program, you unlock the Guide 10 badge and become eligible for a Marketplace profile. Read more
