This cap helps maintain program integrity, ensures organizational engagements are structured for long-term success, and connects you with the right level of sales and implementation support as you scale.   For opportunities that exceed 25 participants, Pro members may be eligible for an exception, reviewed with the PQ Sales Team - particularly for smaller organizations or teams without expansion authority. This organizational participant allowance is distinct from annual membership client access. PQ Coach membership has an annual limit of 25 clients that you may add in a year. In PQ Coach Pro, there is no **annual cap** on the number of clients you can add to your roster. However, the organizational participant allowance still applies.  ### PQ for Teams & Organizations provides: - **Expert Sales & Pricing Support** – Work with the PQ Sales Team to position, price, and sell PQ to organizations. - **Custom Program Roll-outs** – Tailored roadmaps for delivering PQ inside teams & organizations. - **Advanced Reporting & Data** – Access client engagement insights and impact tracking. - **Facilitation & Implementation Resources** – Ready-to-use guides, email sequences, and admin support. - **Seamless Expansion Path** – Support for scaling beyond an initial engagement into long-term workplace adoption. PQ for Teams & Organizations is a **product option available to PQ Coach Pro members**, designed specifically for delivering PQ in workplace and organizational settings - especially at scale. It includes structured, **value-added support** from the PQ Sales, Client Success, and Implementation teams to help you position, price, and deliver organizational engagements with confidence and consistency.
