For clients who would like to retake the PQ Program, we can archive their records in our system by Positive Intelligence.
While it's possible to enroll a previous PQ (Core) program participant in Grow, this action can only be completed by the Coach if the client originally participated through them.
There are times when a client wants to enroll with another coach for various reasons.
If the client went through their PQ (Core) program with another Coach or directly through Positive Intelligence and wants to continue to Grow, please reach out to support@positiveintelligence.com for further assistance.
It is important to note the client AND the previous coach (if not enrolled directly through Positive Intelligence) need to confirm they consent to this move prior to switching coaches.
If the client went through their PQ (Core) program with another Coach or directly through Positive Intelligence and wants to continue with a new PQ (C0re) program - not Grow - then we only need the client's consent to reset their in-app data, as ALL in-app progress and data will be deleted.
Once archived in our system, you can then enroll the client in the coach dashboard.
