My client isn't receiving their Saboteur Assessment Result
Clients will receive an email with their saboteur results and should be able to link those results in their PQ app
If your client has not received an email with their saboteur assessment results, please have them reach out to support@positiveintelligence.com with their email address they used to take the assessment.
If they are missing the results in their app, first check that they entered the same email address for their saboteur assessment that you entered into your coach dashboard to enroll them in the program.
If those align your client can "refresh" the results in the Saboteur tab in the app, the results should show up there.
If they used a different email address to take the Saboteur Assessment, please have them retake the Saboteur Assessment using the same email address you used to registered them.
If your client is not registered in the app yet (they are a potential client), it is also possible they opted out of Positive Intelligence emails. If they did, have them contact support@positiveintelligence.com and request to opt back into the Saboteur Assessment emails.
