Manage client subscription after PQ program ends

Within the Coach Dashboard, you can easily customize the subscription choices once your client's PQ program ends.

Manage subscription

1. Find your client in the table under the Seats page. The client must be in registered in the PQ Program. 
2. Click on the action icon button (...) in the client row and select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu.
3. The following options will display:
   1. Move client automatically to Grow when the PQ Program ends. PQ Program participants will have access to a free trial of our Grow program for two weeks
   2. Move client to maintain (free version of the app) when the PQ Program ends.
4. Select the option and click Save Changes.

Moving between Grow and Maintain

If the client is in Maintain or Grow, you can always move them back to the Grow subscription by clicking the action toggle button (...) and select "Move to Maintain" or "Move to Grow".
