Length of the PQ Program

The PQ app supports mental fitness as a lifelong practice.

  • The foundations phase of the PQ Program spans six weeks of daily practice and seven weekly Modules.
  • Week 7 signifies a shift to the Applications phase - a self-paced and self-directed program with an initial focus on reviewing and integrating foundational concepts, with the ability to shift daily practice to other topics such as managing stress, improving relationships, and others.
