The length of the new PQ Program is similar to the original PQ Program.

Week 7 signifies a shift to the Applications phase - a self-paced and self-directed program with an initial focus on reviewing and integrating foundational concepts, with the ability to shift daily practice to other topics such as managing stress, improving relationships, and others.
The PQ app supports mental fitness as a lifelong practice.
