If you still need to do so, active PQ Coach members can update their app to the latest PQ Program version. - Open your PQ app and click on Settings - Click Restart the Program - Read through the prompts and see the next start date - Click Restart PQ Program - The next screen will confirm the program start date Please note: - Restarting the PQ Program will automatically update your app to the new PQ Program - When you update your app, you will be able to access the videos from the original PQ Program by going to Modules → Weekly Video Sessions (Clients) -
