Before enrolling clients in the new PQ Program, it is highly recommended you have completed beta or are currently experiencing the new PQ Program.
We recommend you take advantage of the Early Access period to update your app to the new PQ Program before all PQ app users are updated to this newer version in early 2025.Starting October 4, active PQ Coach members can update their app to the new PQ Program.
- Open your PQ app and click on Settings
- Click Restart the Program
- Read through the prompts and see the next start date
- Click Restart PQ Program
- The next screen will confirm the program start date
Please note
- PQ Program restart in the PQ app is only available to PQ Coach members during the Early Access period.
- Restarting the PQ Program will automatically update your app to the new PQ Program

When you update your app, you will be able to access the videos from the original PQ Program by going to Modules → Weekly Video Sessions (Clients)
