Included Client Access FAQs

PQ Coach membership includes PQ Program and PQ app access for 5 clients at no additional cost. These are called Included Client accesses.

When does my included client access reset?

  • Your PQ Coach membership includes PQ Program and PQ app access for 5 new clients at no additional cost per membership year.
  • The client access included with your PQ Coach membership is reset annually. 
  • This date varies per coach based on when they joined as a PQ coach. 

Included Client Reset Dates

  • Coaches who joined in 2025 or after
    • Monthly Membership: Resets 1 year from the coach's membership start date.
    • Annual Membership: Resets 1 year from the coach's membeship start date.
  • Coaches who joined before 2025
    • Monthly Membership: Resets January 8th in 2025. In 2026 and onwards, the reset date will be January 1st every year.
    • Annual Membership: Resets January 8th in 2025, then again on the coach's membership start date. Coaches have 2 reset dates in 2025 as part of the incentive for annual subscription. Their reset date will match their coach subscription start date. 

Where can I find my Included Clients reset date?

  • Your reset dates is located in the Coach Dashboard.  
  • Hover over the (i) icon in the "Included Clients Remaining" counter on the My Bills page to see when your included clients reset.

How do I renew included clients?

  • Coaches can now renew included client access up to 30 days before it expires, under Manage Subscription -> Renew.
  • You’ll also receive automated notifications 30 days and 7 days before a client's access expires.
  • Included clients cannot be deactivated prior to their year access or until their expiry date in the Coach Dashboard by the coach.

If I cancel my PQ Coach membership, do Included clients retain their access?

  • Included Client accesses and receive app access for one year by default with active membership. 

  • Clients will continue their access for the duration of the coach's membership.
  • If a coach no longer wishes to subscribe to PQ Coach, their clients should be moved to Inactive status in their Coach Dashboard. 
  • Clients will not retain access if there is not an active PQ Coach guiding them through their program. 
    • Annual membership: Included clients will be removed upon their expiry date. If the annual membership is canceled within the first 30 days of enrollment, the cilents will be removed. 
    • Monthly membership: Included clients will be removed upon PQ Coach cancelation. 

Do my unused Included Clients roll into my next membership year?

  • Unused Included access from your previous membership year do not transfer or roll over to the next membership year.
  • You will want to use them before the membership year ends.
