If my clients delete the app, will I still be charged?
Deleting the PQ app won't remove clients from an Active client access status. Coaches must move clients to Inactive to avoid future billing charges.
When a client deletes the PQ app, they will NOT be removed from an Active status in your Coach Dashboard.
Coaches need to move clients to Inactive to prevent future billing.
Client retains access to the app until the end of the billed period even if you move them to Inactive before that time. If a client is removed in the Grace Period, the client loses access immediately.
