If my clients delete the app, will I still be charged?

Deleting PQ app won't remove clients from an active seat. Coaches must move clients to Maintain to avoid seat charges in Coach Dashboard.

• When a client deletes the PQ App, they will NOT be removed from an active seat in your Coach Dashboard.
• Coaches need to move clients to Maintain so they won't be charged for a seat.
