With Client Access, coaches can enroll individual clients into the PQ app experience, including the foundational PQ Program and available ongoing Application content.

Decision Tree: What Should I Do?
I am currently a PQ Coach and have unused included Client Accesses.
Use your included Client Accesses before upgrading to PQ Coach Pro.
When you move from PQ Coach to PQ Coach Pro, your PQ Coach membership is replaced by a new Pro membership with a new renewal date and new benefits. Any unused included Client Accesses from your PQ Coach membership do not roll over into PQ Coach Pro.
What this means
If you have unused included Client Accesses as a PQ Coach, enroll clients before you upgrade to Pro. Otherwise, those unused included Client Accesses will no longer be available when your Pro membership begins.
Example
If you are a PQ Coach with 3 unused included Client Accesses and then upgrade to PQ Coach Pro, those 3 unused Client Accesses do not carry over. Once your Pro membership begins, you receive the Pro membership benefits, including 10 included annual Client Accesses.

Upgrading a Client from Client Access to PQ for Teams & Organizations
Sometimes, a client may begin with Client Access and later be a fit for PQ for Teams & Organizations.
This is considered a product upgrade.
The standard PQ for Teams & Organizations product is inclusive of the foundational PQ Program and you will not use your client access.
To upgrade from Client Access to PQ for Teams & Organizations, the client must have:
- Completed the foundational PQ Program through Week 7
This ensures the client has completed the foundational experience before moving into a workplace-focused roadmap or organizational application pathway.
Upgrade Scenario 1: Client is on included annual Client Access
If the client is enrolled using one of your included annual Client Accesses, the additional investment to upgrade that client into PQ for Teams & Organizations is:
$250 per client
Example:
You used eight of your included annual Client Accesses for a pilot team engagement. The client completed the foundational PQ Program through Week 7 and is now ready to move into PQ for Teams & Organizations to access one of the PQ-Powered roadmaps.
The upgrade investment is $250 per client.
Upgrade Scenario 2: Client is on paid annual Client Access
If the client is enrolled through paid annual Client Access at $250/year, the additional investment to upgrade that client into PQ for Teams & Organizations is:
$250 per client
Example:
You purchased annual Client Access for a client’s team at $250 per participant. The client completed the foundational PQ Program through Week 7 and is now ready to move into PQ for Teams & Organizations.
The upgrade investment is $250 per client.
Upgrade Scenario 3: Client is on paid monthly Client Access
If the client is enrolled through paid monthly Client Access at $50/month, the upgrade investment is:
$500 minus the total amount already paid for monthly Client Access, up to a maximum credit of $250.
The standard PQ for Teams & Organizations product, which includes the foundational PQ Program and data throughout the experience, is $500 per participant.
In other words, monthly payments already made are applied toward the upgrade, but the maximum credit is $250.
