If your client has an issue with the PQ app & hasn't found the answer in our Support site FAQ articles, our Support team can reached by following these steps.
How to contact Support via the PQ app
- In the PQ app, go to Profile -> 2-line drop-down menu in the upper right corner -> Support.
- Once on the support site, click on the Beacon (as shown in the image below), in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
- Next, click on the drop-down arrow & select what kind of support is needed.
- From there, they should fill out the form questions, being sure to use their registered email address!
It's important to note our new AI chatbot may ask a duplicate question if your client chooses to contact Support because the chat function converts to an email.
