Client Seat Billing Frequently Asked Questions

The most frequently asked billing questions regarding client seat usage.

  • Please note that the PQ Coach Membership includes 5 client seats that can be used without additional cost.

What is the day of the month that we are billed for our client seat usage?

Our billing team will calculate how much you owe on the last day of the month, and you will receive a bill on the 1st of every month.

How much am I charged each month?

You will be charged for each client above your 5 included seats. Keep an eye on your ACTIVE seats number in your Coach Dashboard.

What is the cost to me for clients in GROW?

Any active seats in GROW or in the initial 6-week program will be charged for a seat outside of the first five.

Will I be charged for UNregistered clients?

  • You will be charged for a client if they do not register.
  • They become active when that 6 week's program starts - regardless of if they are registered or unregistered.
  • Pay attention to your coach dashboard to see if there are clients who have not registered and you can easily remove or change their start date.

Will I get charged for my clients even if they choose to stay in Maintain and I am above the 5 free seats?

  • Once your client is moved to Maintain, they will not be considered as an active seat and will not count toward your 5 included seats.
  • By unchecking the box in Grow the client will move to Maintain.

Are my 5 seats accumulated over my membership?

  • The number of seats does not accumulate. If unused each month, they will not accrue.
  • You have 5 included seats included with your membership, available at any given time. These include your clients actively participating in the PQ program and/or the Grow program.
  • Every seat beyond the 5 seats is subject to a charge per seat.

How do I download a receipt?

  • Log into your billing portal with your registered email address.
  • From this site, you can update your account information and see and download your receipts & invoices.
How do I change the credit card that will be billed?
  • Log into your billing portal with your registered email address.
  • You can edit your credit card information from there: Under your "Current Plan," you can change existing payment methods, add a new one, or select a card as the default for all future billings.
