Editing a Client

To edit a client if they haven't logged into the PQ app:

  1. Login to Coach Dashboard.
  2. Go to Seats tab.
  3. Edit a client by selecting the toggle action button (...) in each client record item, from the dropdown select edit.
  4. Edit Name, Email, Program Start Date and Pod
    1. If you change the email, you will be prompted to send an automatic invitation to the new email.
  5. Click Save Changes.

To move clients between programs:

  1. Login to Coach Dashboard.
  2. Go to Seats tab.
  3. Edit a client by selecting the toggle action button (...) in each client record item, from the dropdown select edit.
  4. Select the program by clicking into the Program Start Date drop down.
  5. Select a pod by clicking into the Pod dropdown.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Note: If the client is registered onto the app already, changing the program date will reset all of their progress. If you wish to keep the client's progress in the app, do not change their program.
