PQ doesn't communicate with a coach's clients. You can learn more here.

Do clients receive an email once registered?

Please know that PQ does not send onboarding emails to our coach's clients once registered.

While the invitation is available to send when you add the client to your Coach Dashboard, we have email scripts that you can use to send to your clients available in the Learning Hub.

 

How do you communicate with your clients in the Coach Dashboard?

Visit the Manage Clients Module to learn how to communicate with your clients in the app. 

In your Coaching Dashboard, there's a menu on the left side of the screen where you'll see several symbols. The fifth symbol is two speech bubbles (Client Communities), where you find your communications tab. 

You can view your client's Pod conversation, as well as post to the channel, in your coach dashboard. Go to coach.positiveintelligence.com -> click on "Client Communities" in the navigation bar on the left side -> either click "Pod" in the top bar or click "By Group" to sort further.

To post, go to coach.positiveintelligence.com -> Client Communities -> By Group -> Select the group you want to post in -> My Pod -> click Add Post.
