Contact Support for PQ Coach questions using the Coach support beacon icon

PQ Coaches can use the Support beacon accessible through the Learning Hub or Coach Dashboard.

  • Click on the Beacon (as shown in the image below), in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. 

  • From there, you can find answers quickly by typing in a keyword to search our knowledge base.

  • You can opt to use the AI chat, which will provide you with immediate support by searching our extensive knowledge base to address your concerns. 

  • In the unlikely event the AI Chatbot does not answer your question, you'll be asked if you would like transferred to an agent.

  • This live chat service which transfers you to our Support team is available from 5am to 5pm Pacific Time (8am to 8pm Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.
  • If you submit a request outside of those hours, your inquiry will be addressed within 1 business day. 

It's important to know

  • The AI-powered live chat service is available exclusively for coaches. 
  • Coach support chat service is not accessible through the PQ app.
  • Clients do not have the live chat service as an option, though we encourage them to contact support for any issues.
