At the top of the page, you’ll find a summary of all your key subscription metrics. This section gives you a quick snapshot of your current limits and how many included clients you have remaining. Reviewing these details before adding or managing clients helps you plan how to use your available client access for the rest of your membership year. ![](https://coachsupport.positiveintelligence.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-03-2025-07-40-56-5703-PM.png?width=1670&height=481&name=image-png-Dec-03-2025-07-40-56-5703-PM.png) **Tip:** Hover over the (i) icon to view your reset date. --- ### Client subscription definitions **Status**  - **Active**: The subscription is currently in use and the client has access to the app including new content releases. - **Inactive**: The subscription has ended and clients will no longer receive new module content or new daily focus. They will have access to the content they've already completed including past daily focus and core modules. - **Refunded:** The subscription has been refunded and the client no longer has access to the app. **Amount** - **Included Clients**: $0 (these clients are part of your coach membership). - **Monthly Clients**: $50 per month. - **Annual Clients**: $250 per year. #### **Billing cycle** Subscriptions will show as either **Annual** or **Monthly**, depending on the payment type selected. "**Annual (Included)**" indicates that the subscription is included in the membership. **Renewal Date** - **Included Clients:** Access lasts for one year from the program start date. Included subscriptions do not renew. Instead, the dashboard will display the subscription’s **expiry date**. - **Paid Clients:** Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle, either monthly or annually. If the subscription has already been deactivated, then the **expiry** date is displayed. To view your billing history or update payment methods, follow these steps: 1. Go to the **My Bills** page in your coach dashboard. 2. Select **Manage Payments**.
