My Billing Overview

The My Bills page makes it easy to keep track of your client subscriptions. Below is an overview of what you’ll see and how it works:
 

Status 

  • Active: The subscription is currently in use.
  • Inactive: The subscription has ended or is no longer in use.
Amount
  • Included Clients: $0 (these clients are part of your coach membership).
  • Monthly Clients: $50 per month.
  • Annual Clients: $250 per year.

Billing cycle

Subscriptions will show as either Annual or Monthly, depending on the payment type selected.

Renewal Date

  • Included Clients: Access lasts for one year from the program start date. Included subscriptions do not renew. Instead, the dashboard will display the subscription’s expiry date.
  • Paid Clients: Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle, either monthly or annually. If the subscription has already been deactivated, then the expiry date is displayed. 

By reviewing this information, you can easily manage your clients’ subscriptions and stay informed about their billing cycles.

Where can I view my billing history? 


To view your billing history or update payment methods, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the My Bills page in your coach dashboard.
  2. Select Manage Payments.

This will open the Payment & Billing Portal, where you can:

  • View all of your current and past subscriptions.
  • Update your payment methods.
  • Access your full invoice history.

What are the subscription options for my clients?


Below is a breakdown of the client states and subscription options 
Client Type Access Is the subscription auto-renewed?  Subscription Options
Included 1 year from program start date or reactivation date. No
  • Restart program
  • Refund subscription (if added in 2025 and within grace period)
Paid  Access till the end of their billing cycle.  Yes
  • deactivate subscription
  • Refund subscription (within grace period)
  • Restart program
  • Convert monthly to annual subscription
