Clients cannot update to the newer version of the PQ Program without a Coach's help

As a coach, you are in charge of what your client experiences.

If your client has previously completed the old version of the PQ Program, only a coach can update a client to the new PQ Program experience.

To switch an existing Active client to the PQ Program:

  1. In Coach Dashboard, navigate to the client record
  2. Click on the Manage Subscription menu option next to the client record
  3. Follow the prompts to enroll the client in a future PQ Program start date.
When the new PQ app experience launches to the general public in February 2025, all PQ app users will be automatically upgraded to the new version. However, clients will only be able to experience the newer PQ Program modules if a coach starts them on a future PQ Program start date.
