Client Billing Migration FAQs
With the final part of our billing transition, clients added in 2024 to the PQ Program are now subject to the new billing pricing.
Coach Client Billing for Included Clients
2024 INCLUDED clients are about to expire
Who does it impact?
- Included clients whose subscription expires on July 8th.
- If coaches do nothing, this client’s access will automatically expire. Clients will no longer be able to log in or access the program.
What are the options?
- Do nothing. The subscription will expire, and the client will lose access.
- Renew using Included Client Access. If they have included client slots available, they can use one to renew this client. It does not impact the 25 new client limit.
- Renew by Purchasing Access. Purchase access for this client at $50/month or $250/year.
Coach Client Billing for Paid Clients
Clients from 2024 will transition from $20/month to $50/month or $250/year. Coaches can upgrade to annual before the price increases.
Who does it impact?
- Coaches with 2024 clients who are currently paying $20/month per client.
- Migrated clients are currently on a $20/month plan, but starting July, the monthly rate will increase to $50/month.
- To lock in savings, we recommend upgrading them to the annual plan ($250/year) for $0 before July.
- If the coach has already paid for 5 or more months, they’re eligible to upgrade the client subscription at no additional cost.
- Avoid the upcoming price increase
- Make the most of what they’ve already paid
- Get a full year of access at the best value
Important to know
- Clients who are renewed will NOT count toward your 25 client access limit
- That 25 client access limit ONLY applies to NEW clients
