Weekly Pod Guidance & Bot Pod Communications during PQ Program for Clients

This article explains how Weekly Pod Guidance, PQ Bot Pod posts, and module timing work together in the PQ® Program, including where posts appear and who can see them.

Overview

Each week of the PQ Program includes:

  • A weekly module in the PQ app
  • Pod Guidance prompts
  • An automated PQ Bot Pod Discussion post

These elements are aligned to provide consistent guidance while preserving Pod privacy.

Weekly Pod Guidance

Pod Guidance follows the same structure each week, aligned to the weekly module:

  1. Welcome
    • PQ Reps
    • Confidentiality
  2. Reflect on the Week’s Practice
    • Celebrate what worked
    • One area to improve
  3. Pod Discussion
    • Module-specific prompts
  4. Pod Debrief and Closing
    • Insight or action commitment

Discussion prompts change weekly and match the Pod Guidance slides.

PQ.Bot Pod Discussion Posts

PQ.Bot posts weekly Pod Discussion prompts automatically.

Where Posts Appear

Private Pod Channels

  • Posted in each private Pod channel
  • Visible only to Pod members and the assigned coach
  • Designed to support Pod conversations without invading privacy

Client Share Community → Announcements

  • For clients not in a Pod, the same prompts are posted in the Announcement tab
  • Content is identical to the Pod post and shared in a non-private space

Scheduling

  • PQ.Bot Pod posts trigger at 7:00am Pacific on Fridays
  • Posts are scheduled by Day number in the PQ Program
  • Day 1 is the Monday after the Week 1 module is released

Coach Access

Coaches can access client communities from the Coach Dashboard, including:

  • Private Pod channels
  • The Client Share community

This access allows coaches to view PQ.Bot posts and Pod Guidance as clients see them. Coaches do not monitor Pod conversations unless invited.
