Client Billing Migration Overview

We appreciate your patience during the implementation of Coach Dashboard enhancements and the transition to the new client billing process.

As further updates and enhancements become available, we will make announcements in the Coach Dashboard, in the PQ Coach Community, and update the Coach Support Release Notes article to reflect changes.

Client Billing Transition - 2024 to 2025

With the transition, we know you have questions about client status (Active v. Inactive) and billing. Here’s what to keep in mind:

Billing Updates for Migrated Clients
Applies to Active clients added before January 8, 2025

If you had Active clients move with you from 2024 to 2025 at a rate of $20/month, here’s what to expect:

You will continue to be billed $20/month per client until July 8, 2025.
Beginning July 8, 2025, the billing rate for each Active client will shift to $50/month.

Thinking of switching paid migrated clients from monthly to annual?

When you transition a paid client from monthly to annual, you will receive a $50 discount for each month you've already paid up to a maximum of $250 (5 months).
That means if you’re planning to upgrade migrated clients, the best time to make the switch is after June 8 and before June 30, 2025, when the upgrade cost will be $0.
When you begin the upgrade process via your Coach Dashboard, a helpful pop-up will show the exact discount amount based on your previous payments.

Billing for Migrated Clients beginning July 8, 2025

You will be billed on the 8th of each month
1-5 Clients: Will remain at $0/month per client, if they are renewed as Included. The charge will be $50/month per client, if renewed as Paid.
6-10 Clients: Will be charged $50/month per client, on the 8th of each month
11+ Clients: A single bulk invoice of $50 per client will be billed monthly on the 8th of each month

Billing for Inactive Clients before January 8, 2025

Inactive clients: Clients with a Maintain status before January 8, 2025
These clients remain inactive and are now labeled as Inactive
If you would like to move an Inactive client to an Active status, they will be charged at the new subscriber rate of $50/month or $250/year

Billing for Clients added on or after January 8, 2025

Clients added on or after January 8 will be billed in advance at the time of enrollment in the Coach Dashboard

You’ll have the option to choose between $50/month per client or $250/year per client

Client Limits & Reactivation Rules

The 25-client limit only applies to new clients added in a membership year.
Existing Active clients transitioning into 2025 and reactivated clients are exempt from this limit.
Reactivating will not impact the 25 new client access limit in your membership year. The client is already in the system and is not considered new.
Renewing will not impact the 25 new client access limit in your membership year. The client is already in the system and is not considered new.
