For many of us, happiness can feel like something we’ll experience once life settles down. After the busy season at work, after a difficult conversation, after the next milestone. But what if happiness isn’t something we wait for, but rather something we practice noticing? Recently I’ve been paying more attention to what I call the “glimmers” in my day. Even when life feels especially full or stressful, I find myself acknowledging the small moments I might have rushed past. The birds singing in the morning, a genuine laugh, or the way the dog greets me as though I’ve been gone for weeks. This month, I invite you to explore happiness not as a destination, but as a practice. Notice the glimmers in your life. Savor them. Share them. Because life’s greatest joys often live in the small moments. And join us for conversation and inspiration from fellow coaches in our live sessions and in the PQ Coach community. It includes specific structures required for organizational clients, such as team-based implementation, reporting, and tailored roadmap planning. **How to Access** To utilize these pathways: 1. **Review Pathway to Pro**: Learn about Pro Membership and the workplace-client pathway in your Learning Hub. 2. **Qualify for Pro**: Coaches become eligible after earning "Badge 10" (guiding at least 10 clients through the PQ Program). 3. **Join Pro**: Upon upgrading to Pro, attend a welcome call with PQ Coach Pro Leader Malia Monaco to learn the specific enrollment processes for organizational clients.
