What is Launchpad?
Launchpad is a structured 6-week experience designed to help coaches take immediate action in their practice. Through live sessions, practice Pod sessions, weekly emails, a dedicated community, and done-for-you assets, Launchpad equips coaches to attract, package, and convert clients using the PQ Coaching Life Cycle. It blends practical business development tools with the mental fitness framework, giving coaches confidence and momentum.
What is included in Launchpad?
The Launchpad experience includes:
- Six consecutive weeks of live sessions to learn and ask questions
- Four weeks of dedicated PQ Coach Pods sessions to apply everything in real time
- Guided handouts for every live session
- Weekly emails highlighting session overview and prioritized outcomes
- Dedicated Launchpad community in the PQ app

Launchpad is a guided path that builds skills week by week, making it easy to stay engaged and take meaningful action. Launchpad equips coaches to attract, package, and convert clients using the PQ Coaching Life Cycle.
What am I committing to when I sign up for Launchpad?
When you register for Launchpad, you commit to:
- Gaining at least one new paid client
- Taking weekly action steps aligned with the desired outcome for that week
- Attending at least four live sessions or watching the recordings
At the end of Launchpad, you’ll gain clarity and confidence, making it easier than ever to introduce PQ to prospective clients and integrate PQ into your coaching business.
When is Launchpad?
Launchpad sessions are held on Wednesdays at 8:00am Pacific Time (11:00am Eastern Time) starting Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
After the six-week Launchpad experience, one-week Impactivate Challenges will be offered for three consecutive weeks to maintain your momentum. Live sessions to kick off each week will be available on Wednesday, March 4, 11, or 18.
The final Launchpad celebration will take place on Wednesday, March 25.
How can I learn more about Launchpad?
On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, we will host Launchpad: A Closer Look for All Coaches and share insights into all the upcoming live sessions.
During this session, we’ll provide an overview and a sneak peek at Launchpad, a structured experience that begins with the first live session on Wednesday, January 21. Over six consecutive weeks, Launchpad encourages you to take immediate action in your practice through live sessions, practice Pod sessions, weekly emails, a dedicated community, and done-for-you assets.

How do I join Launchpad?
Log in to your Coach Dashboard and select “Sign Up” on the yellow bar at the top of the page. Once you “Sign Up,” you will be automatically registered for Launchpad. Look for an email with Launchpad next steps and reminders to block off time on your calendar for the live sessions. Then head to your PQ app to start connecting with coaches in the Launchpad community!
When can I join Launchpad?
Registration for Launchpad opens on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Visit your Coach Dashboard anytime after that date to sign up! For the optimal Launchpad experience, we recommend you sign up by Sunday, January 18, at midnight Pacific Time.
Who can join Launchpad?
Launchpad is available at no cost to all current PQ Coach members, including PQ Coach Pro members and our most recent cohorts. Even if you recently completed the Launchpad experience with your cohort, you are more than welcome to join us again to review lessons or refresh your learning.
PQ Coach Essentials coaches are not eligible to join Launchpad. In March 2026, Essentials coaches will be invited to join the PQ Coach membership, and Launchpad will be available then.
What if I can’t make all the live sessions?
We understand that time differences or commitments might make it hard to attend live. Although we encourage you to join live sessions when possible, recordings will be available for you to review or re-watch.
Are Launchpad sessions recorded? If so, where do I find them?
Launchpad live sessions will be recorded and available in the Learning Hub. Look for recordings in the “PQ Coaching Application Sessions” module. Please allow up to 48 hours for recordings to be uploaded.
Is it necessary to register for Launchpad? I only want to attend a couple of live sessions.
While registration for Launchpad isn't required to attend the live sessions on your PQ Coach calendar, we recommend signing up to experience the full Launchpad journey. When you sign up, you will receive weekly emails with session preparation details, guided worksheets, and key priorities for the week. You'll also gain entry to a dedicated Launchpad community within the PQ app.
For the optimal Launchpad experience, we recommend you sign up by Sunday, January 18, 2026, at midnight Pacific Time.
What comes after Launchpad?
After the six-week Launchpad experience, one-week Impactivate Challenges will be offered for three consecutive weeks to maintain your momentum. Live sessions to kick off each week will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 11, or 18.
The final Launchpad celebration will take place on Wednesday, March 25.
How do I join Impactivate Challenges?
Impactivate Challenge registration will become available in the Coach Dashboard. You may sign up for as few or as many weeks as you like.
Are PQ Coach Pods sessions scheduled?
Yes! There are four consecutive weeks of PQ Coach Pods scheduled during the six-week Launchpad experience. These PQ Coach Pods sessions are specifically designed to support that week’s live session content. These sessions will be held on Thursdays from January 29 through February 19.
Are monthly Application sessions changing?
Live sessions will continue to feature diverse facilitation voices and be interactive, engaging, and community-driven. As we prepare for additional live sessions beyond the scheduled Launchpad sessions and March Impactivate sessions, the team is developing targeted opportunities to maximize your time and enhance learning that builds on previous insights.
The goal is for sessions to be more impactful and energizing, while also strengthening progress in your coaching business. Live session themes and topics aim to incorporate PQ Coaching, Sage Business Development, and practice opportunities in an approachable manner.
We are excited to begin with the Launchpad experience in January as we continue to evolve live session offerings to better meet our coaches' needs.

As we continue refining how we support you, we are pausing live Q&A sessions. In their place, we invite you to lean into the wisdom and strength of our powerful PQ Coach community in the PQ app. Your fellow coaches are an incredible source of insight, ideas, and encouragement. Our team is there as well. Whenever you have a question, a win, a celebration, or a challenge, the PQ Coach community is the best place to tap into shared wisdom and stay connected.
