Membership & Renewals

Coaches choose either monthly or annual memberships and renewals happen automatically according to the original purchase date

Coach Memberships automatically renew

  • Your account will be automatically charged and renewed for your subscription based upon your purchase date and plan. 
  • Keep your billing information up to date in your billing portal: https://sso.positiveintelligence.com/billing_portal
  • Log in using your registered email address and password.
  • Once payment is successful, we'll email you a receipt.
  • Receipts can also be downloaded from your billing portal at any time.

Can I put my account on hold?

  • We do not allow accounts to be put on hold.
  • You can cancel and come back without issues during any cohort registration period. 
  • If you enroll again, you will be charged the rate during that registration period. This may be a different rate. Prices were increased in early 2023.

Can I restart my membership or join another PQ Coach Cohort?

  • Yes, you can put your name on our waitlist to rejoin membership at the next available enrollment period.
