Coaches control how their clients can continue to experience the PQ app after completion of the PQ Program
- Coaches manage the client experience.
- By default, your client will remain Active in the Coach Dashboard until you change the client status.
Active Client Access
Active clients have no limitations to what is available in the PQ app. Their app will always contain the most up-to-date content and any new content added. Features include:
- New daily content
- Full PQ gym access
- Application modules
- Application themes
- Community
- PQ Program daily content
- PQ Program modules
- Option to restart PQ Program (via coach)
Inactive Client Access
Inactive clients retain access to the materials of the PQ Program they finished for review purposes. Inactive clients have no access to new content.
Moving Clients to Inactive
- Moving clients to Inactive (canceling their subscription) will limit their PQ app access at the end of the billing cycle.
- Coaches can opt to cancel their client's subscriptions at any time before the start of their upcoming billing cycle. If a coach has a client with an annual subscription, they can deactivate or cancel their subscription to ensure it does not renew in the next billing cycle.
- Example: I have an Active client on a Monthly plan with September 15 as their billing date. Their next billing date would be October 15. If I deactivate the client on any date between September 15 and October 15, the client would still retain the same level of PQ app access until the end of the billing cycle – October 15. Starting October 16, their PQ app access will be limited.
- Example: I have an Active client on an Annual plan with September 15, 2025 as their billing date. Their next billing date would be September 15, 2026. If I deactivate the client on any date between September 15, 2025, and September 15, 2026, the client would still retain the same level of access until the end of the billing cycle – September 15, 2026. Starting September 16, 2026, their access will be limited.
- You can cancel a client's subscription by selecting the options in the Manage Subscription menu next to the client record. If you do not wish for your client to continue with app access, you must change their client status to Inactive in the Coach Dashboard.
Reactivating a client from Inactive to Active

- You can change a client's status from Inactive to Active, and this action does not affect your client access limits because the client already exists in the system and is not considered a new client.
- By default, the client is reactivated into the Monthly plan, with a further possibility for upgrading the client to an Annual plan.
- To reactivate a client subscription, click the Manage Subscription menu option next to the client record.
