14-day grace period with the new PQ Program

The grace period allows coaches to add a new client and allow the client to participate in the PQ Program for 14 days.

• If the client does not want to continue with the program, you will be able to remove them from the program for a full refund within that 14-day period.
• If the client wants to cancel after the 14-day grace period, you can remove them from the program, and you will incur the $50/month cost if they are enrolled monthly.

This new benefit takes effect with membership changes on January 2, 2025.
